Use the Main Entrance
Obsidian Street is closed for our event. Drive to the Irvine Marriott's main (front) entrance on Von Karman Ave — a sign will guide you to the front. Parking attendants will be there to help you park and point you to the Catalina Ballroom.

Head to the main entrance
Tap Get Directions and drive to the Irvine Marriott's front entrance on Von Karman Ave. Watch for the sign directing guests to the front.
Attendants will greet you
Parking attendants will be out front to help you park and point you toward the Catalina Ballroom.
Grab your ticket
At the parking gate, press the button, take the ticket, and keep it with you — you'll need it to exit. Either gate works.
Get it validated
Inside, you'll receive a validation sticker. Place it in the center of the ticket — don't cover the barcode. Exit is taken care of.
Good to know: Self-parking only — parking structures are not validated. Need a hand? Parking attendants out front can help, or press the Call Button at the exit gate.
